1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Condo Buzzer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Condo Buzzer Technologies Inc. ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Condo Buzzer is a virtual phone service that connects your building's intercom or buzzer system to one or more phone numbers. When someone buzzes your unit, the call is forwarded to your designated phone(s), allowing you to answer and grant building access from anywhere.

3. Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account and contact information up to date
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Free Trial

We offer a 15-day free trial on all plans. During the trial, you have full access to the Service. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription will begin automatically at the rate for your selected plan. You may cancel anytime during the trial through your customer portal and you will not be charged.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Billing cycles: Monthly plans are billed every three months (quarterly). Annual plans are billed once per year.
• Payment: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Price changes: We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect your current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime through your customer portal. Service continues until the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds: Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable. Use the free trial to evaluate the Service before being charged.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Use the Service for telemarketing, robocalls, or unsolicited communications

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service depends on third-party telecommunications providers and your own phone service. We are not liable for missed calls resulting from network outages, your phone being unavailable, or factors outside our control.

8. Not an Emergency Service

Condo Buzzer is not a substitute for emergency services and cannot be used to place calls to 911 or other emergency numbers. Do not rely on the Service for emergency communications.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Service are the property of Condo Buzzer Technologies Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Condo Buzzer Technologies Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account anytime through your customer portal. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Condo Buzzer Technologies Inc. operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
